[Carpool]: Added POST /carpool/vehicles, PATCH /carpool/vehicles/{vehicle_id} and DELETE /carpool/vehicles/{vehicle_id} for the main account, to add a vehicle to Carpool, change its Carpool configuration (category, departments, location, common pool, maintenance) and remove it. A change that affects existing bookings reassigns each affected booking to another vehicle, or cancels it when none is available, as the Carpool screen does.
[Carpool]: Added POST /carpool/drivers, PATCH /carpool/drivers/{driver_id} and DELETE /carpool/drivers/{driver_id} for the main account, to add a driver to Carpool, change their Carpool access and remove them.
[Carpool]: Added GET /carpool/rules to list the account's booking rules, and PATCH /carpool/rules/{booking_rule_id} for the main account to change one.
[Vision]:POST /vision/livestream/{registration}, POST /vision/video/upload and POST /vision/videos/requests now return HTTP 404 Not Found for a registration that does not exist, where they returned HTTP 422 Unprocessable Entity. It is the same response as for a vehicle the account cannot access.
[Alerts]:POST /alerts/ignition and POST /alerts/geofences now return HTTP 404 Not Found, and create nothing, when a registration is not accessible to the account or sub-user making the request.
[RUC]:GET /ruc/latest now returns an empty list for a filter[registration] that does not match a vehicle of the account, where it returned HTTP 404 Not Found for some registrations.
[Delivery]:POST /delivery/drivers, PUT /delivery/drivers/{driver_id}, POST /delivery/customers and PUT /delivery/customers/{customer_id} now return only the documented fields, the same as the matching GET.
[Delivery]: Corrected the documented stop_type_id values to 1 Pickup, 2 Dropoff and 3 Single, and documented which stop types each job_type_id takes.
[General]: Various internal improvements and under-the-hood tweaks.
[Vision]: Fixed an issue where POST /vision/videos/requests returned an HTTP 5xx error for a sub-user.
[Delivery]: Fixed an issue where POST /delivery/jobs returned an HTTP 5xx error for a stop without address_line_1. It now returns HTTP 422 Unprocessable Entity.
[MiFleet]: Fixed an issue where MiFleet list endpoints could intermittently return each record twice, with meta.total doubled.
