Assign Driver Tags in Bulk
POST/drivers/tags/assignments
This endpoint assigns up to 100 tags to drivers in a single request. Each item is validated and
assigned independently, so one invalid item does not reject the rest. The response returns the created
assignment IDs only. If you need the full record, retrieve it with GET /drivers/tags.
A tag cannot have two assignments that overlap in time. Two assignments overlap when each one starts before the other ends, so an assignment that starts exactly when another ends is accepted. An item that would overlap an existing assignment of the same tag, or an earlier item of the same request, is rejected. Tags cannot be created here, a tag exists once a terminal has reported it.
assigned_ts may be in the past, but not before midnight of the day 5 years ago. An earlier value
(including year 0000) is rejected for that item under assigned_ts. unassigned_ts has the same
lower bound and is rejected for that item under unassigned_ts. Tag events recorded before the
request keep the driver they were attributed to at the time, while GET /vehicles/status uses the
back-dated start. Omit assigned_ts to start the assignment now, and omit unassigned_ts or send null
for an assignment without an end. A subuser needs edit permission on the driver.
This endpoint is rate limited and answers 429 when the limit is exceeded.
