Driver Tags

Driver ID tag related endpoints. A driver ID tag is the identification tag a driver presents to a terminal. Tags are registered by their first scan, so you list them and then assign them to drivers. An assignment is the period during which a tag belongs to a driver. A tag has at most one assignment at any moment, and unassigned_ts of null means the assignment has no end.
