Create New MiFleet Driver License Entries

Creates a new driver license entry in the MiFleet system. This endpoint allows for adding driver license entries to facilitate tracking and managing driver license costs.

Note: MiFleet API endpoints are only accessible to main account administrators. Subusers do not have access to these APIs.
