Update MiFleet Breakdown Validation Entry

Updates an existing MiFleet breakdown entry. This endpoint allows for modifying specific details of a breakdown entry identified by its unique ID.
Note: MiFleet API endpoints are only accessible to main account administrators. Subusers do not have access to these APIs.
