Create New MiFleet Fuel Card Contract

Creates a new fuel card contract in the MiFleet system. This endpoint allows for adding fuel card contracts to facilitate tracking and managing fuel card contracts.

Note: MiFleet API endpoints are only accessible to main account administrators. Subusers do not have access to these APIs.
