Get All Carpool Booking Rules

/carpool/rules

Returns the booking rules of the account that can be changed through PATCH /carpool/rules/{booking_rule_id}, each combining the rule's default with the account's own setting. A rule the API cannot change is not returned, and neither is a deleted rule. The list is small, so it is not paginated.

Subusers may call this read.
